The process begins with a free "Design Consultation & Vision" meeting. During this session, your needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences are determined. The consultation can be held via video conference or in person. Simply fill out the contact form to schedule your appointment.

 Requests submitted on weekdays are responded to within 24 hours. Inquiries sent over the weekend will be answered by Monday morning. For urgent matters, you can reach us directly by phone.

Yes. International logistics, insurance, customs documentation, and last-mile delivery are all managed end-to-end by CaliDeco. All you need to do is be home on the delivery day — we take care of everything else.

A post-installation check is conducted within 7 days of every completed installation. For any issues or requests, you can call our dedicated customer support line or submit a support ticket through your account. For clients based in Turkey managing a project in the US, we also offer a remote coordination service.
